Justin Liu, a Chinese artist residing in New Zealand for the past ten years, merges Eastern and Western art traditions in his work. Having earned a Master’s degree in Art from Holland, Justin blends the rich texture and depth of classic oil painting with the precision and elegance of traditional Chinese brushwork, creating pieces that explore both nature and cultural motifs.

 

His work is deeply inspired by the natural world, capturing the intricate beauty of landscapes and the nuances of human emotions. His artistic evolution has been marked by continuous experimentation with various mediums, including sculpture and traditional Chinese techniques, which has allowed him to push creative boundaries and deepen his expression.

 

One of his most unique artistic experiences involves live painting performances during concerts, where music and visual art merge to create a dynamic experience. Justin is committed to sharing his vision of the world’s beauty with others, both through public art displays and personal creations.
