About the event
The MTA Collective is bringing their creative energy to Auckland’s waterfront, with a vibrant lineup of some of New Zealand’s best-loved painters, sculptors and muralists. All the artists will be creating LIVE, working towards a group exhibition at The Silo 6 Gallery - with a collaborative theme celebrating our People, Place and 'Moana' (ocean). Aligned with the Moana Festival, this event will unfold over three consecutive Saturdays, starting from February 21st. You will discover 7 Art Zones spread across iconic locations from Silo Park, through Viaduct Harbour to Te Komititanga Square and Queens Wharf. Visitors can pick up a map from a Resene Creation Station and collect stamps along the way, exploring all the Art Zones for a chance to WIN a $500 Resene voucher. Featuring top creatives inc Paul X Walsh, Richard Coldicutt, Rashi Shandiliya, Logan Moffat, Vjekoslav Nemesh, Logan Bow, and Jamie Boynton, the event promises a mix of styles and mediums, with each zone offering a unique experience.
